Introduction
Inteero is a german interior decoration brand that approached us to get their website developed and to add some custom functionality to it.
The main custom functionality that they wanted was to make a high conversing sales funnel on their website and make their designing process fully dynamic.
Design Phase
We did multiple brain storming sessions with the business team of inteero in order to clearly understand what their vision for the website is.
They wanted the design to be elegant, classy and highly user friendly. To solve this challange, our team of expert designers conducted different sorts of researches regarding user behaviors and competitors in this market. After that they made 3 different design prototypes for the website which were presented to the general audience and product owners. The website design that you’re seeing now was finalized by the team.
Custom Functionality
1.Dynamically Configurable steps
The main custom functionality that we were to provide was to make the actual process of interior designing totally dynamic. From the very first step to the last step of color selection, each and every step should be dynamically configurable.

For example, all the rooms shown in the first step are being controlled from the backend dashboard for which we made a custom plugin. Similarly the concepts and the colors are all dynamically configurable.

The custom plugin we made allows the administrator to add all these elements and then assign prices to them at his will which will be reflected in the checkout process.

Not only that, but there is also option for adding extra room type during the process or even at the checkout page.
2. Sales Funnel and lead collection
This project was highly focused on gathering leads and creating a sales funnel. From the very moment a user lands on the website to the moment he leaves, each and every step is recorded to identify.

Before the final step we also collected leads via adding the step “Where do you want to talk to your designer” so that user can be contacted in future via email or phone number.
Recording real time data
We recorded the user behaviors on each and every step by integerating tools like Google Analytics and Heat maps to get real time data form users.
Email reminder
We also allowed a logged in user to resume his designing process where he left it and send him an email reminder if he doesn’t visit back for a while.
