AI Agents for Business

AI agents that take repetitive work off your team.

We build AI agents for work that follows a pattern: answering routine calls and messages, watching ad budgets, preparing reports, moving data between systems. Each one connects to the tools you already use, works within rules you set, and hands anything unusual to a person. They don’t run your business. They take the repetitive load off the people who do.

How it works

Start with one task, prove it, then expand.

01

We find where it pays off

We look at where your team’s time goes and pick one task where an agent would clearly save time or catch revenue you’re missing today. If nothing qualifies, we tell you.

02

We build and connect it

We connect the agent to your tools and data, set the rules it works within, and agree with you where a person must stay in the loop.

03

We launch narrow, then expand

It goes live on one use case. We review real conversations and results with you, fix what needs fixing, then add more.

What makes an agent safe to use

A demo works once. Your agent has to work every day.

An agent answering your customers or touching your ad budget has to behave the same way on its five-hundredth conversation as its first, fail safely when it’s unsure, and leave a record you can check. That’s where most of our engineering time goes.

  • Answers from your own data and documents
  • Outputs checked before anything is sent or changed
  • Clear rules on what goes to a person
  • Connected to the tools you already use
  • Conversations and actions logged for review
  • Only the access it needs to your systems

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI agent for business?

Software that carries out a defined task for you, such as answering calls and messages, taking orders, preparing reports, adjusting ad budgets or running a multi-step workflow. Unlike a basic chatbot, it connects to your systems and can take action, within limits you set and with people involved where it matters. It does the jobs it’s built and tested for, not everything.

How much does an AI agent cost?

It depends on the channels, the systems it connects to and how much it’s allowed to do. We scope one specific use case first and give you a fixed price for it, so you can judge the return before expanding. There are also running costs for the AI model and, for voice agents, call minutes; we estimate those up front.

Will the AI make mistakes or “hallucinate”?

Language models can give confident wrong answers, and no one can honestly promise otherwise. We reduce the risk by answering from your own data, having code (not the model) handle numbers and changes to your systems, checking outputs before they’re acted on, and sending anything uncertain to a person. Then we monitor real usage and fix gaps as they appear.

Do customers need to be told they’re dealing with AI?

We recommend it everywhere and build it in by default. In the EU it’s a legal requirement for AI systems that interact directly with people (Article 50 of the AI Act, applying from 2 August 2026) unless it’s already obvious. Rules on call recording and automated calls also vary by country and US state, so we agree the wording with you and your adviser.

How do we get started?

Try the free AI Agent Finder to see which agent fits your business, or tell us the task that takes up the most of your team’s time. We’ll tell you where we’d start, what it would involve, and whether it’s worth building.

Not sure which agent would help most?

The free AI Agent Finder takes about two minutes. Answer a few questions about calls, reporting, ad spend and follow-ups, and it suggests where an agent would help, with a rough estimate based on your answers.
