Shopify Development Agency & Store Experts
A Shopify store usually outgrows its theme before it outgrows Shopify: apps pile up, pages slow down, and every change to a product page needs a workaround. We design and build custom Shopify themes, Shopify Plus setups and headless storefronts, and connect the store to the systems behind it, such as your ERP, 3PL, email and subscriptions. You work directly with the senior developers writing the code.
What this gives you
- Faster product and collection pages, with fewer apps loading on every visit
- Theme code your team, or any Shopify developer, can extend later
- Orders, stock and customer data flowing into the systems you already run
Some of the teams we’ve worked with
What’s included
The work we take responsibility for.
Custom theme design and build
Online Store 2.0 themes with sections your team can rearrange, designed around your catalog and how your customers shop, rather than a purchased theme bent into shape.
Shopify Plus
Checkout customization with checkout UI extensions and Shopify Functions, Plus-only B2B features such as customer-specific catalogs and deposits, and multi-store setups. Shopify retired Scripts on June 30, 2026, so we also rebuild legacy Script logic as Functions.
Headless commerce
Hydrogen or Next.js front ends on top of Shopify when you need a custom experience or more control over performance. It adds build and running cost, so we recommend it only when a theme genuinely can’t do the job.
App and system integration
ERP, 3PL, subscription, review and loyalty apps connected properly, plus custom apps when an off-the-shelf one would add a monthly fee and page weight for a single feature.
Migrations and replatforming
Moving from WooCommerce, Magento or BigCommerce with products, customers, order history and URL redirects mapped, so search rankings carry over.
Conversion and speed work
Core Web Vitals, product and collection page improvements, and A/B tests where you have enough traffic to read the result.

How we deliver
Scope and design the system
A senior engineer works out the data model, the integrations and the build plan with you. These decisions shape everything after, so a person makes them.
Build, with AI on the routine work
AI tools draft scaffolding, boilerplate and first-pass tests, so engineering hours go into the parts specific to your business.
Review and harden
Engineers review the code, check security and own the quality of what ships. Nothing AI-drafted goes out unreviewed.
Launch and keep improving
Production release with monitoring in place, then short cycles of changes based on how people actually use it.
FAQ
Common questions about Shopify & E-commerce
Should I hire a Shopify developer or an agency?
A freelancer is fine for small fixes. A redesign, a move to Shopify Plus or a set of integrations needs design, development and testing working together. With us you get that range, but you talk directly to the senior developer working on your store, not through an account manager.
Do you build on Shopify Plus and headless?
Yes, though not every merchant needs either. Most of Shopify’s B2B features are now available on all plans; the usual reasons to move to Plus are customizing the information, shipping and payment steps of checkout, or Plus-only B2B features such as customer-specific catalogs and partial payments. Headless (Hydrogen or Next.js) suits some brands, but it raises build and maintenance costs, so it needs a clear reason. We’ll tell you which applies to you.
How much does a Shopify store cost?
A custom store typically costs in the mid four figures; Shopify Plus and headless builds cost more. We’ll scope it and send a fixed price, usually within one business day. Our rates are typically well below US agency rates for comparable senior work.
Can you migrate my WooCommerce or Magento store?
Yes. We migrate products, customers, order history and content, set up 301 redirects and check rankings after launch. Customer passwords can’t be carried over from another platform, so we also plan how customers are invited to set up their accounts on the new store.
What do you need from our side?
Collaborator access to your Shopify admin, access to the apps and systems we’re connecting, and one person who can make decisions on design and merchandising. Product data quality matters more than most merchants expect; if your catalog needs cleaning up before launch, we’ll tell you early.
