Do you work with UK companies?

Is Maxenius good value for a UK business?

Are you familiar with UK GDPR and data protection?
Yes. We build with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 in mind, and have delivered compliance-first systems for UK healthcare with audit trails and strict data isolation. Our team works from outside the UK, so if a project gives us access to personal data, the ICO treats that as a restricted transfer. Our contract should then include data processing terms and a transfer safeguard such as the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), and we are happy to work through this with your DPO or legal adviser.
