AI Ads Manager Agent
Wasted ad spend often comes from a campaign nobody had time to check.
If you run ads without a full-time media buyer, campaigns get checked when someone has time, which is usually after the money is spent. The AI Ads Manager checks your accounts every day, flags ads and keywords that spend without converting, notices when tracking breaks, and either recommends budget changes for your approval or makes them within limits you set. You get a plain-English note of what changed and why. Strategy, creative and offers stay with you or your marketer.

- Flags overspend, rising cost per result and ads that spend without converting
- Recommends budget, bid and pause decisions, or makes them within caps you approve
- Spots search terms, audiences and creative worth testing next

- Sends plain-English summaries to email or Slack on your schedule

FAQ
AI Ads Manager: common questions
Will it spend money without asking?
Only if you allow it, and only inside limits you set: a maximum daily budget, a cap on how far it can move spend in one change, and campaigns it must never touch. Many clients start in recommend-only mode, approve changes for a few weeks, then let it act on the routine ones. Every change is logged with the reason.
Which platforms does it cover?
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) are the usual starting point; both let approved software read performance and change budgets, bids and ad status. Other platforms can be added depending on what their APIs allow. Both platforms also have their own automation, such as Google’s automated rules and Smart Bidding and Meta’s automated rules. The agent works alongside those, adding checks across accounts, your business rules and reporting you can read in a minute.
Do I still need a marketer?
For strategy, offers, creative and positioning, yes. The agent is good at the daily monitoring and adjustment a busy marketer struggles to keep up with. Some clients pair it with our marketing team; others use it to give their in-house marketer more time for work only a person can do.
What won’t it do?
It won’t write your positioning, decide your offer, or fix a landing page that doesn’t convert. It isn’t set up to run political or social-issue ads. And it can’t optimize what isn’t measured: if conversion tracking is broken, fixing that comes first.
How quickly can it start?
Monitoring and alerts can usually start within days of connecting your accounts. Automatic changes come later, once its rules are tuned to your targets and you’ve seen its recommendations hold up.
