AI Workflow & Process Automation Agent
Your team’s time should go on judgement, not on copying data between tabs.
Most businesses have processes that live in one person’s head: the morning check of yesterday’s orders, the follow-up three days after a quote, the details copied from a form into the CRM and then into a spreadsheet. They work as long as that person remembers and isn’t off sick. The AI Workflow Agent runs these steps across the tools you already use, keeps a log of what it did, and stops for approval wherever you want a person to decide. AI handles the parts that involve reading messy inputs like emails and PDFs; fixed rules handle the rest.
What it does
- Runs multi-step processes across your CRM, email, spreadsheets and project tools
- Runs daily checks and sends a short status summary
- Sends follow-ups and reminders on schedule, so they don’t depend on memory
- Reads emails, forms and documents, pulls out the details and moves them between systems
- Starts work from a new email, form, message or a set time
- Pauses for approval before anything sensitive, and logs every step

What we need from you to set it up
Most of this already exists somewhere in your business. If it’s scattered or missing, we help you pull it together during discovery.

How we build it
Discovery
We look at how the work is done today, which systems it touches and where a person must stay involved. You get a written scope and a fixed price.
Build and connect
We build the agent, connect it to your tools and data, set its limits and hand-off rules, and test it against real examples from your business.
Launch
It goes live on your most common case first. We review real conversations and results with you and adjust.
Improve
We monitor it, fix gaps, and add use cases once the first one is clearly working.
FAQ
AI Workflow Agent: common questions
What kinds of workflows can you automate?
Repetitive, rule-based work with clear inputs: syncing data between systems, daily checks and reports, lead and client follow-ups, reminders, onboarding steps, order operations and handoffs between tools. A useful test: if someone does it the same way each time and could write the steps down, it’s a candidate. If the steps change every time or depend on relationships and context, it usually isn’t.
Will it work with our existing tools?
Usually, yes. We connect to the CRMs, email, spreadsheets and project tools you already use through their APIs or integration platforms. If a tool can’t be connected, we tell you during discovery, not after you’ve paid for a build.
Do we lose control of the process?
No. You decide which steps run automatically and which wait for someone to approve them. Every action is logged, so you can see what the agent did and why, and any step can be switched back to manual.
What won’t it do?
It won’t fix a process nobody agrees on. If the steps differ depending on who does them, we help you settle the right version first, because automating a muddled process only produces the muddle faster. It also won’t make decisions you haven’t defined, such as approving spend or changing prices, without a person signing off.
Where do we start?
With the one or two processes that cost the most time or cause the most missed follow-ups. We automate those, compare the time spent against how things ran before, then decide with you what’s worth doing next.
