How is a fixed-price project priced?
We agree a written scope first, then a fixed price paid against milestones. If your requirements change mid-project, we price the change separately before doing it, so the budget doesn’t drift without your sign-off.
Do you offer discounts for equity?
For a small number of early-stage companies we’ll consider a blended cash-and-equity arrangement. Mention it in your enquiry and we can look at whether it fits.
Can I switch models later?
Yes. A common path is a fixed project to launch, then a dedicated allocation for the improvements that follow.
