Website & app cost calculator.
Choose what you’re building and what it needs to do. You’ll get an indicative budget range and timeline to plan with before you talk to anyone. No email required.
Estimated budget range
Typical timeline: 2–5 wks, depending on how quickly decisions and content come through
This is a planning estimate, not a quote. Where you land in the range depends mostly on how many distinct screens and user roles there are, how messy the systems you need to connect to are, and how much is still undecided. Once we understand the details, we’ll give you a single fixed price before work starts.
An indicative range only. Asking for a quote carries no obligation.
What moves the number
The type of project sets the starting band. A marketing site is mostly design and content; a web app carries business rules, user roles and data that have to stay correct, which is why its band starts much higher.
Each feature you add increases the estimate by a share of that base. Custom design and AI features carry the largest increases because they take the most iteration. Payments, logins, integrations and dashboards each add a similar, smaller amount.
What the calculator can’t see is often what matters most: connecting to an older system with poor documentation, or requirements that are still moving, can matter more than any single feature.

FAQ
Questions people ask before they decide
How accurate is this website and app cost calculator?
It gives an indicative range based on the type of project and the features you pick, using a starting price band for each type of project. It cannot see the details that move a real quote most: how many user roles and screens there are, the condition of the systems you need to connect to, and how settled the requirements are. Once we understand those, we give you a single fixed price.
What makes a project cost more than expected?
Usually scope that was not written down. Integrations with older systems, custom permissions for different user types, and features added mid-build are the common causes. Agreeing what is in and out of scope before the build starts is the simplest way to keep the number where you expect it.
How does Maxenius keep costs reasonable?
Our engineers use AI tools for repetitive work such as scaffolding and first-draft tests, and we run a small, senior team without layers of account management. More of the budget goes into building your product, and engineers still review and own everything that ships.
Do I have to commit to get a quote?
No. A fixed quote is free and carries no obligation, and any engagement can begin with a one-week trial on real work so you can judge how we work before committing further.
