Triage and route a request
Read this customer message and return JSON with: category (order | billing | technical | complaint | other), urgency (low | medium | high), a one-line summary, and the team it should go to. Message: "[paste message]".
Phone & orders
Scripts your team, or an AI Voice Agent, can follow to answer calls and take orders the same way every time.
Build a call-answering script
Write a friendly phone script for [your business] that greets the caller, answers these common questions [list], and captures an order or booking with these fields: [name, item, time, contact]. Keep each turn short and natural, and include a polite hand-off line for anything the script doesn’t cover.
Extract an order from a call
From this call transcript, extract a structured order as JSON with items, quantities, customer name, phone, and any special requests. Flag anything ambiguous. Transcript: """[paste]""".

My best customers are [describe]. Suggest 8 audience or keyword ideas I may not have tried on [Google/Meta], with a one-line reason each and a rough sense of intent (cold vs ready-to-buy).

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I use these AI prompts?
Copy a prompt, replace the [bracketed] placeholders with your own details, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or a similar assistant. Check the output before sending it anywhere, especially figures and anything said to a customer. Avoid pasting personal or confidential data unless your company’s AI policy allows it.
Do I need to be technical to use them?
No. If you can copy, paste and fill in a few blanks, you can use every prompt here. They are written for owners and managers, not engineers.
What’s the difference between a prompt and an AI agent?
You run a prompt by hand each time. An AI agent does similar work automatically: it is connected to your systems (inbox, phone line, ad accounts, accounting software), runs on a schedule or when something happens, and hands anything unusual to a person. If you find yourself running the same prompt every day, that task is a good candidate for an agent.
Want this running without copy and paste?
These prompts are the manual version. Tell us which task takes up your team’s time and we will show you what an AI agent connected to your systems would handle, and what would still need a person.
